- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Inspection fees are due as outlined at the time of booking or as specified in your service agreement. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply for services outside of standard inspection scopes or agreed-upon services.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments in accordance with our cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. A cancellation fee may be charged for no-shows, late cancellations, or services already in progress.
8. Inspection Reports and Delivery
Inspection reports will be delivered electronically, typically the same day as the inspection unless otherwise noted. Access to reports may be provided via a secure online portal; you may be responsible for saving or downloading your report for future use.
